ZTO Airlines Explores Logistics Cooperation Opportunities in Yueyang
On November 27, Xie Weijiang, Deputy Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Yueyang Municipal Party Committee, met with a delegation led by Sun Zhenhua, Special Assistant to the Chairman of ZTO Express Group and President of ZTO Airlines. The two sides exchanged views on deepening cooperation in the logistics industry and advancing the development of a multimodal transport system.
Xie Weijiang welcomed Sun Zhenhua and his delegation and thanked ZTO for its support for Yueyang's economic and social development. He noted that Yueyang is working to implement the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Taking the formulation of its 15th Five-Year Plan for the logistics industry as an opportunity, Yueyang aims to strengthen its water port capabilities, develop its air cargo infrastructure, accelerate the development of a multimodal transport system, and establish itself as a strategic national logistics hub. He expressed the hope that ZTO and Yueyang would strengthen communication and coordination, deepen practical cooperation, and achieve mutually beneficial development.
Sun Zhenhua introduced ZTO's development and its aviation logistics strategy. He noted Yueyang's clear advantages in logistics development and expressed his hope to maintain communication with Yueyang and explore potential business cooperation opportunities.
