Established on Jun 19th, 2025 and as the key sector of ZTO Express, ZTO Airlines Co., Ltd is dedicated to the air cargo developments of ZTO Express Group.

In May 2026, ZTO Airlines officially launched its first Airbus A330P2F wide-body freighter, named “ZTO Express,” and simultaneously inaugurated its first intercontinental cargo route connecting China and Europe. This milestone marked ZTO Airlines’ transition into a new phase of wide-body freighter operations.

By integrating the resources of Xinglian Airlines, ZTO Airlines has developed a complementary capacity model combining dedicated freighters with belly cargo capacity. The company has established strategic partnerships with industry players including Feiyuan Times, Hungarian Airlines, and Quanzhou Airport, while continuously expanding its international air cargo network across Europe, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and other key markets.

Looking ahead, ZTO Airlines will progressively build an end-to-end cross-border logistics service capability covering “airport-to-airport, warehouse-to-warehouse, and door-to-door” solutions. Leveraging the collaborative strengths of ZTO Express Group’s ecosystem—including express delivery, freight transportation, cloud warehousing, cold chain logistics, and international services—ZTO Airlines aims to develop a globally integrated, independently controlled aviation logistics network.
